When I was a writer on “Entourage”  Craig made a memorable Emmy worthy cameo but his fame as owner of LA’s hottest and best new restaurant is sure to eclipse even that role.  Anybody ho loved Dan Tan’s knows Craig but as nice and friendly as he is, who knew he knew so much about food!  Everything on the menu is delicious (my favorites – the pork chop and the best cosmopolitan, next to my friend Mary’s in town).  Oh and let’s not forget the cappuccino ice cream (Dan Tana’s customers will be relieved it’s the same) enough of a reason to go there on it’s own!

Everybody who works there seems to love their job, the food comes out quickly, and the vibe is modern yet comfortable.  Having grown up in the restaurant business I can vouch for only only how difficult it is to get all the pieces moving together, but to do it when a restaurant first opens is near impossible!  And yet Craig’s does it over and over again.  I’ve been there at least once a week since it opened and the experience is remarkably consistent, and the bar scene seems to be growing more lively and packed with the BP (beautiful people) which always makes for good people watching.

The place is always booked so unless you mind going at 6pm (I don’t) I suggest you make reservations at least a week in advance. – Lisa
